NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intent of the North Dakota Industrial Commission, acting as the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA), to hold a public hearing on the issuance of revenue bonds in one or more series, pursuant to a plan of financing, including bonds issued to refund such revenue bonds in one or more series from time to time, and at no time to exceed $6,000,000 in outstanding aggregate principal amount under the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency Act. The purpose of issuing the bonds being to provide funds to finance the acquisition, rehabilitation and equipping of the below referenced multifamily rental housing development which will be occupied at least in part by persons of low or moderate income.

Location: Minot
Proposed Address: 3205 4th St SW, Minot, ND 58701
Number of Units: 48
Project Sponsor: Detroit Affordable Homes doing business as Affiliated Developers Inc. or another affiliate thereof.
Maximum Amount: $6,000,000
The bonds and the obligation to pay the principal of and interest thereon and any redemption premium with respect thereto will not constitute an indebtedness or an obligation of NDHFA, the State of North Dakota or any political subdivision thereof within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory debt limitation or a charge against the general credit or taxing powers of any of them. The bonds and obligation will be payable solely from certain revenue duly pledged therefore and generally representing amounts paid by the Borrower, any successors, assigns or affiliates thereof.
